The Summit Condominium Resort will be undergoing a Balcony Maintenance Project from September 1 until January 15. Construction will be taking place from 7am until 7pm Monday Thru Saturday. This is due to the Milestone Inspection requirement by the State of Florida. Balcony will be closed ONLY when work is being performed on the balcony but will otherwise remain available for use during this project. However construction noise can be expected.
